Skipped: kid-warmup (Squarely is adult-solver — kid pivot is strategy, not Phase 1 test); travel-companion (narrow, Phase 2); before-after (use as variant within #1, weaker hook).
The three each stress-test a different generative capability — texture-realism, environmental-mood, object-motion — so the bake-off discriminates models on different axes, not the same prompt three ways.
