Skill has been Blocked on a dependency that was archived 12 days ago. Ray recommends ARCHIVE: morning-prep already covers the Mon bet-review surface.

The /weekly-bet-review skill ticket (Mon 8am cron, screenshot HQ + analysis to iMessage) was filed 2026-04-30 and is currently Blocked on "Phase B.1" - the HQ per-bet stack-view UI. That dependency was archived 2026-05-11 with the founder note "HQ is organized how we'd like." So the blocker no longer exists. Meanwhile /morning-prep now delivers a Mon-only bet-review section as part of the daily brief, which covers the same surface the weekly-bet-review skill was meant to fill. Context

Original spec (2026-04-30): Monday 8am cron, screenshot hq.raydata.co, dispatch sub-agent for bet-by-bet analysis, send iMessage summary, log to vault at ~/rdco-vault/05-meetings/weekly-bet-reviews/YYYY-MM-DD-bet-review.md.
Dependency chain: Blocked behind HQ Phase B.1 (per-bet stack-view UI) so the screenshot would be meaningful. Phase B.1 was the unlock.
What happened 2026-05-11: Founder reviewed HQ and declared it organized as desired; Phase B.1 ticket archived without further per-bet stack-view work. The unlock that /weekly-bet-review was waiting for never landed and won't.
What landed instead: /morning-prep (calendar-aware daily prioritization) is shipping a Mon-only "bet review" section as part of the daily brief. Founder sees bet-level signal daily-with-Monday-emphasis, not weekly-only.
Cost of doing nothing: The skill ticket sits Blocked on a dead dep, eating slot in the board's mental model. Either clear it (archive) or rehab it (re-spec against current HQ shape).
