Phase B spec is locked (founder's 4 answers 2026-04-30): Ray auto-logs decisions via /log-bet-decision, pilot with Squarely first, read-only Mermaid DAG, weekly review trigger via screenshot + iMessage.

Blocker is PR #3 merge — Phase 4 dashboard work can't ship until that lands. Decision needed: keep the locked spec, or revise scope before unblocking.
