Making hard decisions is stressful, and you never have perfect information to make them with
Preparing content for that meeting was a real time sink, and took away time from getting sh*t done™️

Content preparation is slow and misses important detail
Automate the data prep
Don’t waste your and your team’s time crunching and then copying and pasting data into google slides.
Use a tool that has a live connection to your data

Base your discussion on “Northstar” metrics (and their key drivers if relevant)

Business leaders have a unique ability to get diverted into discussions about how we should measure a thing, rather than how the thing is going

Assign them, track them in a tool, and check in on their completion
