Analytics should inform every decision at a startup from strategy to tactics. Several years ago this might have been a hot take. It definitely isn’t anymore. Analytics tooling and the discourse around these tools have heated up considerably and are becoming first-class citizens in the minds of startup founders. (View Highlight)
Note: Conor says analytics to inform strategy is common knowledge now. Maybe that’s true, but it’s not implemented. Maybe that’s not true and there are still A LOT of people that need help implementing it.
