Cedric’s update after applying the perceptual-exposure technique to his own learning for ~12 months. What worked: domain-specific exemplar libraries, daily exposure ritual. What didn’t: trying to articulate the patterns being absorbed (defeats the purpose). Net assessment: high-leverage technique for visual/aesthetic domains, weaker for analytical ones.
