Laura Entis covers a new AI & I podcast episode where Dan Shipper talks with Every COO Brandon Gell and head of platform Willie Williams about what changes when every employee at a company has an AI agent. Every now runs a “parallel organization chart” where each AI worker (called a Plus One) has a name, manager, and job description.
