Sources watchlist — non-newsletter blogs worth re-checking

What this is

A registry of company blogs, individual sites, and other non-newsletter content sources that warrant periodic re-check but don't fit the K/F newsletter-sender whitelist shape (which is for email-subscribe newsletters going through /process-newsletter).

These are sources where:

Subscribing via email isn't the publishing model (it's a website with an /insights or /blog index)
Cadence is irregular (could be weekly or could be once a month)
Founder or curiosity-cron flagged them as adjacent to active RDCO work
We're not yet ready to commit them to the K-tier intake pipeline

How to use

Add entries here when founder drops a URL + "adding to watchlist" or similar signal, OR when a discover-sources run surfaces a credible peer-N blog
/process-inbox or a dedicated future skill should sweep this list monthly and propose specific pieces for individual /process-newsletter-style fetch
When a source crosses the threshold to "subscribe + ingest every issue," graduate them to the K/F whitelist at ~/rdco-vault/01-projects/process-newsletter/README.md
When a source decays (no posts in 90+ days, or quality drops), mark status: dormant here rather than deleting — preserves the audit trail

Voxyz (voxyz.ai)

Added: 2026-05-20 (founder iMessage drop, "well designed site and some interesting material in here")

What they are: Agent-team platform for non-technical solo founders ($25/mo, 3 agent types: briefing/routine/approval, 50+ integrations). /insights is their build-in-public field-notes blog.
Why on the watchlist: Adjacent to RDCO's L4→L5 COO-agent build. Two pieces already filed individually (RPG-characters, AI-only-reorg) crossed the threshold. Worth re-checking for more like those.
Cadence to check: monthly
Quality bar: peer-N watchable (not deep enough to file every piece, but consistent enough to scan for cross-the-bar items)

Graduation criteria

A source graduates from this watchlist to the K-tier /process-newsletter whitelist when:

3+ individually-filed pieces in 60 days have crossed the RDCO-mapping bar
They have an email-subscribe option (so the /process-newsletter watch cron can ingest)
Founder confirms "yes, subscribe and pull everything they publish"
