Findings
- No new cohort signal on record since 09-19 (D1 unchecked). All five notes came 09-02 to 09-08 by founder iMessage relay (grammy:8, grandpa:8, niece:6, vaughn:11, michelle:11); nothing tester-relayed in escalations:387-434, rounds:492-578 or working-context:2386-2443. Relay was down 09-20 to 09-22 (rounds:506; working-context:2388,2398), healthy since (:2405-2443).
- Closed: Grammy's draw-a-line rule is critic Step 2.7 since 09-22 (design-critic/SKILL.md:164-171, :385; queue:322; rounds:521). 09-19's edits landed (queue:390; rounds:499).
- Still open, day 21: the journal line (queue:323-324; niece:16,21,23). package.js on main last changed 09-12 (72a8c66): 0 hits for journal, tape or "cut on" (materials sentence :89-96). Draw-a-line closed once a round named it (rounds:518,521); this never got a slot.
- Two of grandpa's four asks are off the site and daily delivery (grandpa:12,14; queue:208-209).
