The 09-16 note's edits landed (queue.md:11-12, :15, :365).

Findings

  1. Lane bias (:12) is stale. Live/pending: 2_3 1/11, 3_4 15/5, 5_6 10/11, 7_8 7/15, 9_10 10/6. Since 09-16: 13 new pending-review games, 0 flips (git log -G'^status:'). 7_8 68% unreviewed vs 5_6 52%.
  2. R10 (:23) goes next. Playsets yaml covers only 3_4/5_6; 7_8 and 9_10 can each fill one. Bear case: R10 adds no review throughput; :388 does (PR #356), so R10 follows it.
  3. Aging PRs: #306 (7 days) and #332 (4 days, CONFLICTING, awaits pricing, escalations.md:410), both draft.

  2. Charter (escalations.md:245-246, :258-259): §8d counter 180 merged since 09-02 (64 since 09-14) vs cap 10: reset, hardening nights, or weekly? L66: enforce or strike? Ray proposes (awaiting his read): weekly hardening, enforce via R8; cost: one build night a week, a critic line on site PRs; waiting: R8 parked, +25 merges last week.
  3. Copy sitting (escalations.md:267-270, :394-396). Ray proposes (awaiting his read): each item's written default (Ray's, :267-270/:394-395), keep "Plus" (:396 has none); waiting: R12 parked 9 days.
