Findings

  1. Since 09-12. Pre-score → seven fixes (queue:369-375), two filed as open PRs 09-19 (#317/#318, CI green, not merged; queue:383-384, fleet-status sw-design:5 / sw-engineering:5). Its testers-prompt decision is unanswered (nothing after escalations:235).
  2. Corpus unchanged since 09-08. Five notes, all founder-relayed by iMessage (grammy:8, grandpa:8, niece:6, michelle:11, vaughn:11). Two non-feedback files landed in feedback/: the 09-13 paint-mixing jpg (founder-named ask, dispatches/2026-09-13-paint-color-mixing-game.md:7 → mix-the-paint, meta.yaml:1, still pending-review) and the 09-14 Resend screenshot (source of 02-sops/2026-09-14-scribble-works-email-sending-domains.md:6).

Journal line (queue:309; niece:16): 0 hits in package.js; supplies line: package.js:89-96 already emits a materials sentence; add only "something to cut on" (niece:23). "scribbles" noun (#31, escalations:97): unruled since 09-05.
  4. Bottleneck. Only status: live ships (games.js:113-118); main@0dedbcf: 43 live / 39 pending-review / 1 retired, so 47% of the catalog is off the cohort's rail until the founder flips status: live (queue:212; rounds:404), a step separate from the portal decision, which enqueues PDF publication only (review-portal/src/lib/reviews.js:355-361; docs/PRINTABLE-PUBLICATION.md:9-10). Exposure gate, not a feedback gate.
