| review_id | item_ref | verdict | conf | defects | reasoning | slice |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 01m2kmrvaswxg1yhdtcp | bedtime-routine-sequence | GOOD | H | nit: panel C bath icon reads as a bowl of bubbles (labelled "Take a bath", so harmless) | Revision of 01m1y0br3yrgjvvy1g9j (prior defects not carried in the row): cut-page-in-half line, dashed cut borders, lettered panels, numbered glue grid, actionable bubble (work backward from bed), grown-up order key and bottom-right wordmark all present; six-step sequence fits 5-6. | A |
| 01m261d5h20efdhdm6s9 | big-bigger-biggest | ITERATE | H | Superseded by 01m28tmj69f9q2yttbtr - close this row instead of revising; no tear-off separator: the nine cut pieces sit mid-sheet under a bare "Cut" pill, so the helper has to cut into the sheet that holds the crates; smallest cut boxes are ~0.6in squares - fiddly for 3-4 hands, scale the piece set up ~1.5x | Identical to v2 except the cut zone; v2 adds the "Adult: cut off this strip" line, so this version is dead weight in the queue. | A |
| 01m28tmj69f9q2yttbtr | big-bigger-biggest | GOOD | M | nit: smallest cut boxes ~0.6in squares - fiddly for 3-4 hands (stretch 5-6 is fine), consider scaling pieces ~1.5x; nit: piece boxes are ragged unequal heights sharing edges | Tear-off line with adult instruction, three size families with labelled crates, actionable bubble (hold each piece over the crates first), answers + ask footer, wordmark bottom-right. | A |
| 01m2m29zf8v92rm6qv07 | build-the-word | GOOD | H | (none) | Revision of 01m1y0btsx09xhrrfxe6 (prior defects not carried in the row): three CVC words with blend arrows, clean cartoon icons with no box halo, primary three-line handwriting guides, bubble gives the slow-then-fast blending strategy, answers + ask footer, wordmark; fits 5-6. | A |
| 01m1y0bz6p2jc749j0yb | clever-crossing | GOOD | M | nit: round badge right of the bubble (yellow disc, brown bar over green water) reads as a hamburger at print size - drop it or draw a recognizable log bridge; nit: story-box spot art (log plus three floating dots) is ambiguous | 125-word story, two literal and two inference questions with adequate write lines, bubble gives a real strategy (hunt the exact sentence), answer key in footer, wordmark; fits 9-10. | A |
| 01m1y0bztzews46qqfem | clock-shop | GOOD | H | (none) | All six clock faces verified against the key (3:00, 7:30, 10:15, 1:45, 4:20, 8:50) with hour hands correctly between numerals, two draw-clocks, bubble gives the count-by-fives strategy, grown-up key, wordmark; fits 7-8. Teal rims are the only ink of note. | A |
| 01m1ycx9dcdtwsgjfmfh | color-and-match-baby-animals | ITERATE | H | No "Ray says" bubble (contract checklist 4) - page carries only a "Grown-up:" line; puppy/dog and kitten/cat pairs are the same drawing at the same size, so nothing signals baby vs mama - draw the mamas larger or add one distinguishing feature; add the answers/ask footer strip the other templates carry | Passed the automated critic gate without a bubble, so that gate is not checking for it; line-work is clean, matching dots and 2-3 fit are fine. | A |
| 01m1y0c0zjk0gmwbbn5d | color-the-dino | ITERATE | H | Superseded by 01m28tt4txr6vk0nrc5v (T. rex) - close instead of revising; art anatomy: forelimb sprouts from the neck line and ends in a blob hand, back-spike triangles' bases cross the back stroke, front-leg top edge overlaps the belly stroke | Bubble, footer and wordmark are correct; the figure reads as a doodle rather than a dinosaur and v3 already replaced it. | A |
| 01m261d668pta4tqv76g | color-the-dino | ITERATE | H | Superseded by 01m28tt4txr6vk0nrc5v - close instead of revising; same doodle figure as 01m1y0c0zjk0gmwbbn5d shifted up ~50px with the same three anatomy defects | Only vertical placement differs from v1. | A |
| 01m28tt4txr6vk0nrc5v | color-the-dino | GOOD | H | (none) | Clean thick-outline T. rex with sensible limbs, claws and tail, roomy spaces, actionable bubble (outline then fill, pressure for shade), answers + ask footer, wordmark; fits 3-4. | A |
| 01m1y0c4egvzrpy941ym | color-the-fire-truck | ITERATE | H | No "Ray says" bubble - only a "Grown-up:" line; SVG path defects: ladder floats detached above the bed, chassis bottom line runs through both wheels, cab door line ends inside the front wheel; truck fills ~40% of page height with ~2in blank above and below - scale it up for 2-3 crayon space | Concept and simplicity fit 2-3; the drawing needs its paths joined and the page needs the bubble. | A |
| 01m1y0c5tnb3g72xt115 | color-the-sea-turtle | GOOD | M | nit: flipper and neck paths poke short stubs through the shell rim at ~6 joints - trim the path ends; nit: wordmark sits flush under the bubble with no gap | One clear subject with big shell sections, bubbles and seagrass, bubble gives a concrete action (two greens on the shell), wordmark bottom-right; fits 5-6 with 3-4 stretch. | A |
| 01m1y0c807rx0wpy0mm3 | color-the-whale | ITERATE | H | No "Ray says" bubble - only a "Grown-up:" line; nit: mid-body bowl shape reads as neither mouth nor fin - move it to the head as a mouth or reshape it as a pectoral fin | Thick outline, roomy spaces, whale / ballena label supports the bilingual naming moment; only the bubble is missing. | A |
| 01m1y0cbpw0dy2y5pzax | construye-la-palabra | GOOD | H | note, not a fail: title "Construye la palabra" is sentence case - open founder question | Spanish is correct throughout (dila, júntalas, ¿Qué palabra hiciste?), bubble localized as "Ray dice" with the slow-then-fast strategy, respuestas/pregunta footer with EN gloss, illustrated adult mamá (no photoreal child), wordmark; fits 5-6. | A |
| 01m1y0cd8a78nzvmgme6 | count-playground-balls | ITERATE | H | No "Ray says" bubble - only a "Grown-up:" line | One-to-one tally with three fixed dots per row is right for 2-3, ink-light, wordmark bottom-right; only the bubble is missing. | A |
| 01m1y0cgqm7ecz3p7gwq | count-school-supplies | GOOD | H | nit (outside rubric): traced 5 starts at the top-right of the bar (continuous-stroke variant); most US programs start top-left | Five count rows with legible colored icons, big numeral plus three trace copies from a green dot, flagged 1 and closed 4 per contract, bubble states the cardinality rule, answers + ask footer, wordmark; fits 3-4. | A |
| 01m1y0chaedj3g3hs3va | count-the-garden | GOOD | H | nit: row-2 "raindrops" are pale-blue lens shapes that read as leaves or petals - use a teardrop so a parent can name the row; nit: same traced-5 start point as count-school-supplies | Same template as count-school-supplies with garden icons; numerals, bubble, footer and wordmark all correct; fits 3-4. | A |
| 01m293jb7dv10thj6a4n | crack-the-code | GOOD | H | Duplicate: PDF is byte-identical (md5 41fd3b8228c3b00ef42be20011dfa0cd, 1 page) to 01m293v3r8czv0jt3zxy and 01m2956f8p7tk3y0ypzx - close in favor of the live row 01m2956f8p7tk3y0ypzx; nit: "How it works" step 2 says "A-to-Z table" but the glue table has 12 letters | Cipher verified: 15-23-58-40 / 12-34-66-15 / 23-47-52-58 / 15-23-58 / 91-88-15-79 decodes to THEY DONT HAVE THE GUTS with the printed key; worked example, cut/glue/decode pills, actionable bubble, key + punchline footer, wordmark; fits 9-10. | A |
| 01m293v3r8czv0jt3zxy | crack-the-code | GOOD | H | Duplicate of 01m2956f8p7tk3y0ypzx (byte-identical PDF) - close; same "A-to-Z table" wording nit | Same rendered artifact as the other two crack-the-code rows. | A |
| 01m2956f8p7tk3y0ypzx | crack-the-code | GOOD | H | nit: "A-to-Z table" wording vs the 12-letter table; nit: key cards sit mid-sheet with no tear-off line (acceptable at 9-10) | The row to keep: live, critic-passed, page verified as above. | A |
| 01m1y0ck7x1345dfqshz | cut-and-order | ITERATE | M | No "cut page in half" separator between the six cut panels and the glue grid - add the dashed line plus scissors label that the sibling bedtime-routine-sequence (01m2kmrvaswxg1yhdtcp) carries; meta flags low_ink but panels use six solid-red pots plus colored props - drop the flag or go line-art | Sequence, labels, order key, actionable bubble and wordmark are all correct; the template was fixed later and this live copy should get the same fix. | A |
| 01m1y0cma31apffwqxex | decorate-the-party-hat | ITERATE | H | No "Ray says" bubble - only a "Grown-up:" line | Big hat outline with three example marks and an invitation to invent; ink-light, wordmark bottom-right; only the bubble is missing (live, never critic-gated). | A |
| 01m293jbydxn49qgqqgy | descifra-el-codigo | GOOD | H | Nit: the "Pruébalo primero" example ends y dice "SI" - accent it "SÍ" (unaccented SI reads as "if"); meta.yaml description says "tabla de la A a la Z" but the page is a 9-letter paste grid - align the description | Cipher decodes to the footer answer (20 letters, 5 words), 9 cut cards match 9 paste boxes, strategy bubble, wordmark bottom-right, outline-only ink; Title Case is the open ES question. Preview is byte-identical (md5 945ed2a5) to 01m293v4dgkvy7c20nam and 01m2956fwm8h94qq1whn | B |
| 01m293v4dgkvy7c20nam | descifra-el-codigo | GOOD | H | Same two nits as 01m293jbydxn49qgqqgy | Byte-identical preview to 01m293jbydxn49qgqqgy; nothing new to judge | B |
| 01m2956fwm8h94qq1whn | descifra-el-codigo | GOOD | H | Same two nits as 01m293jbydxn49qgqqgy | Byte-identical preview to 01m293jbydxn49qgqqgy (this row was enqueued while already live); nothing new to judge | B |
| 01m1y0cpkeq5nbqphmq3 | dibuja-un-animal | GOOD | H | Nit: step badges 4 and 6 use scribble numerals that read as an open 4 and a G - render badge numerals in the rounded sans per contract §Type | Six cumulative cat steps legible, big "Tu turno" box, strategy bubble, natural Spanish, wordmark; "Gato" capitalised is the open sentence-case question | B |
| 01m1y0crr190cye4d1n3 | dino-egg-maze | GOOD | M | Nit: age_band_stretch 3_4 is overstated - flood-fill path is ~2,200 px with four dead ends, not "few dead ends"; stray short line on top of the egg reads as a stem - remove; dino is a green blob with a bump (legible but crude) | Verified solvable and perfect (all corridor space connected), corridors ~0.85 in wide, strategy bubble, wordmark, 5_6 primary band fits | B |
| 01m1y0csxdahb28xm2be | dots-and-boxes | GOOD | H | None (note: the how-to diagram says "Ray's red line" - colour is invisible on B/W print, but the 4th side is still the only unlabeled edge so the diagram survives) | Rules stated cleanly, 6x6 grid = 25 boxes as described, chain-strategy bubble is real pedagogy, score box, wordmark, near-zero ink | B |
| 01m1y0ctrmanw92fzssr | draw-an-animal | GOOD | H | Nit: same badge-numeral shapes as 01m1y0cpkeq5nbqphmq3 | EN twin of dibuja-un-animal; same strengths, wordmark, strategy bubble | B |
| 01m1y0cvsek3jpkjk9fm | drive-to-the-garage | ITERATE | H | No "Ray says" bubble anywhere on the page (contract checklist 4) - add one strategy bubble, e.g. "Put your finger on the dot, then drive to the garage without lifting"; the "Grown-up:" line is an instruction, not the Ray presence | Otherwise a clean 2_3 tracing page: three wide roads with start dots, legible car and garage, ink-light, wordmark | B |
| 01m1y0cwb674p4aj2hnj | finish-the-leaf-pattern | GOOD | H | Note only: 33 colour-filled icons make this the heaviest-ink page in the slice; flags [] is honest (no low_ink claim) | All five patterns verified (ABAB, AAB, ABC, ABB, AABB); 7 tiles = 5 needed + 2 extra as stated; tiles fit the ? boxes; cut lines dashed; strategy bubble; wordmark | B |
| 01m1y0cy173cbmpnmfgb | finish-the-train | ITERATE | H | Ray bubble is a fortune cookie ("Big shapes are a great start. Your train can carry anything you imagine!") - replace with one strategy, e.g. "Start each wheel at the green dot and go all the way round without lifting"; engine art is clumsy (cab stacked on a second box, cowcatcher reads as "<") - acceptable, tidy if touched | Tracing targets (green start dots on dashed wheels, dashed windows and smoke) suit 3_4; wordmark present | B |
| 01m1y0czp8ce8vqp5era | first-sounds | ITERATE | H | Picture-side connector dots are clipped to left half-circles by the icon's white image box (confirmed at 4x zoom) - draw the dots above the icons or make icon backgrounds transparent; this line-art version is superseded on main by the raster-icon build (01m261d70hf6wyvg8c3j), so fixing here may be moot | Pedagogy correct (B S M D to ball sun moon dog, key matches), strategy bubble, line art, ink-light, wordmark | B |
| 01m261d70hf6wyvg8c3j | first-sounds | GOOD | M | Nit: each icon PNG carries a faint off-white background (RGB 251 vs page 255) visible as boxes on screen, unlikely to print - flatten to white or transparent; colour-filled icons raise ink on a 3_4 page vs the v1 line art | Fixes v1's clipped dots (full circles now); same correct pedagogy, bubble and wordmark; icons are cartoon objects, no children | B |
| 01m1y0d4m2206tzghgdv | fraction-pizza | GOOD | H | Nit: pill "1. Shade it" renders the numeral as "I." in the scribble font; Ray bubble is a definition (top and bottom number) rather than a strategy - specific enough to pass, a compare-it tip would be stronger | All ten answers verified against the drawings (1/4, 5/6, 3/8; = > <), even slice geometry, light hatch, grown-up key, wordmark | B |
| 01m1y0d58b88c5mj4t1m | getting-dressed-sequence | ITERATE | M | age_band 7_8 is high for a six-step dressing-order task (magic-show-steps is banded 5_6 on the same template) - re-band to 5_6 with a 3_4 or 7_8 stretch; the page itself needs no change | Cumulative clothing states are consistent card to card (B F D A E C verified), 180 px cards fit 190 px boxes, real-strategy bubble ("layer closest to your skin first"), wordmark; cartoon kids are fine under the refined photo rule | B |
| 01m293trfzmpgy370v3a | laberinto-de-las-estrellas | GOOD | H | None | Flood-fill confirms one path from INICIO to the rocket with star (848 px), moon (1,527) and comet (2,315) all on it in the stated order; strategy bubble; natural Spanish; wordmark. Preview byte-identical (md5 73f387d2) to 01m295e3k2k102rcpwr5 | B |
| 01m295e3k2k102rcpwr5 | laberinto-de-las-estrellas | GOOD | H | None | Byte-identical preview to 01m293trfzmpgy370v3a (this row was enqueued while already live); nothing new to judge | B |
| 01m1y0dadfwy183979z0 | magic-show-steps | ITERATE | H | Cut cards are portrait 162x356 px but the glue boxes are landscape 254x202 px (measured), so no card fits any box in either orientation - resize the boxes to at least card size or make the cards landscape; "bow" card icon (smiley with two lines) does not read as taking a bow - redraw as a figure bending forward; Ray bubble is half instruction ("A grown-up helps with scissors") - keep only the strategy half | Order key and card set are correct, cut lines dashed, wordmark present; the box-card mismatch breaks the core cut-and-glue action | B |
| 01m1y0dayfqt20pe5dte | making-change | GOOD | H | Nit: dime icons with "10¢" inside are ~0.2 in at print, borderline legible; outer cards sit ~0.45 in from the page edge (printable, tight) | All six change amounts and fewest-coin tallies verified, money helper strip, count-up strategy bubble, grown-up key, wordmark, ink-light | B |
| 01m1y0dbmmxw6n1vfct2 | map-the-room | GOOD | H | Nit: "Copy these" legend uses dashed borders, the house cue for cut lines, on items meant to be drawn - use solid borders | All six clues resolve to the footer key (A1, E5, F4, F1, D2, D4) and both read-off questions check; pre-placed bed, rug and door match the description; strategy bubble; wordmark | B |
| 01m1y0dc5xzw8w5qar9e | match-the-music | ITERATE | H | No "Ray says" bubble on the page (contract checklist 4) - add one strategy bubble in the ~0.6 in of dead space at the bottom, e.g. "Look at the top of each picture first: sticks mean drum" | Two clean 2_3 twin matches, legible drum and maraca line art, wordmark; same omission as drive-to-the-garage (both 2026-09-06 youngest-band pages) | B |
| 01m2f0azvbqrawxttprk | puntos-en-la-mariquita | ITERATE | M | Ray bubble is vague encouragement ("Todo punto cuenta. ¡Grandes, chiquitos, todos los puntos!") with no motor strategy - replace, e.g. "Aprieta el crayón y da vueltas para hacer un punto gordo"; "mariquita / ladybug" is the only EN gloss on an ES page in this slice - confirm it is intended | Big legible ladybug, sample dot, outline-only ink, correct Spanish, sentence-case title, wordmark | B |
| 01m1y0devkt79sg2r3q9 | rhyme-lines | GOOD | H | Nit: Part 2 says "the purple word" - on B/W print the cue is the underline, say "underlined word"; pill "Part 1" renders as "Part I" in the scribble numeral | Poem blanks resolve uniquely from the bank (mat, cake, train, light) with two distractors, starter words rhyme-friendly, swap-the-first-sound bubble is a real strategy, grown-up key, wordmark | B |
| 01m1y0dfbkcabjdfbewv | sandwich-steps | ITERATE | H | Cut cards (118x272 SVG units, ~1.45x3.33in) fit the glue boxes (194x154, ~2.38x1.89in) in neither orientation - resize the glue boxes to card proportions or shrink the cards; "eat" card icon (smiley holding a tiny square) does not read as eating - draw a face biting a sandwich | Cut-paste concept, bubble, grown-up order key and wordmark are on-contract, but the core mechanic (glue card into numbered box) physically fails on paper. | C |
| 01m1y0dfv5mp39av7pey | shape-rocket-colors | ITERATE | H | No "Ray says" bubble: data-slot="ray" is filled with a grown-up note rendered as plain support text under the instruction - move that line to a footer strip and give the bubble one child strategy (e.g. "Color one key shape, then hunt for its twins on the rocket"); no grown-up/answer strip, page ends at the wordmark with ~1in dead space | Rocket has exactly 2 circles, 1 square, 3 triangles as claimed and is ink-light, but the mandatory bubble is absent. | C |
| 01m1y0dk9dqhzv5q7rj4 | silabas-de-m | ITERATE | M | Syllable repetitions run together with no gap (row 1 reads "mamama"; me/mo/mu rows likewise) - add a letter-space between the three reps; trace glyphs are solid black 7px dashes (.trace stroke:#000) so a pencil line vanishes on top - render trace targets in mid-gray; emoji picture cues (hand/table/mic/monkey/cow) are ~0.2in tall beside 0.5in pills - enlarge or replace with line art | Spanish is correct (sílaba, trázala, micrófono) and the bubble is a real strategy; legibility of the trace rows is the problem. Sentence-case title noted, not scored. | C |
| 01m1y0dn9q4x8q0c82ef | snack-shop-sums | GOOD | H | - | All four answer-key totals recomputed and correct (1.15/0.85, 3.35/1.65, 4.25/0.75 example, 7.75/2.25); bubble is a concrete strategy (column-align, cents first); icons legible; wordmark and grown-up strip present. | C |
| 01m1y0dpt88p3hby7p9z | sonido-inicial | GOOD | H | - | Four clean initial-sound pairs (B/S/M/D shuffled against mano/barco/dado/sol), correct Spanish, actionable bubble, Respuestas/Pregunta strip, wordmark; sentence-case title noted only. | C |
| 01m2f0az6p8n5fx2k3ry | spots-on-the-ladybug | ITERATE | M | Bubble "Any dot counts. Big dots, tiny dots, all the dots!" is encouragement, not a strategy, and contradicts the instruction "Draw big spots" - replace with one action (e.g. "Press hard and go round and round to fill each spot") | Art is bold, ink-light and age-right for 2-3 with a sample spot and bilingual label; only the bubble fails the fortune-cookie rule. | C |
| 01m293tqsr3yyryzqzj8 | star-chart-maze | GOOD | H | - | Independently parsed the SVG wall geometry and BFS-solved it: perfect maze (144 cells, tree), unique path of 67 steps and 42 turns, pickups star then moon then comet, deepest false tunnel 39 cells - the answer key is verified; bubble actionable; wordmark present. | C |
| 01m295e31bzxw2p9wsq7 | star-chart-maze | GOOD | H | - | Preview is byte-identical (md5) to 01m293tqsr3yyryzqzj8, so the same verified page; duplicate review, close with the same verdict. | C |
| 01m1y0dqbwk69j02606x | star-dot-to-dot | GOOD | H | - | Ten dots form a true 5-point star with the 1-2 and 10-1 guide segments drawn; numerals bold with conventional shapes; bubble is a say-it-as-you-land strategy. | C |
| 01m1y0dy0hh5vdjn8cxb | story-detective | GOOD | H | - | Story, four graded questions and footer answers agree with each other; bubble ("underline the words that prove your answer") is a real strategy; only nit is ~1in of dead space between bubble and footer. | C |
| 01m1y0dypaz4gt1z7r6c | trace-abc | GOOD | H | - | Stroke-order arrows and green starts are correct for A/B/C; apple, ball, cat legible; bubble gives a self-check strategy (cover your first line with your second). | C |
| 01m1y0dzs8j6rn4r4y0a | trace-the-music | ITERATE | H | Six identical box icons (one art:music asset repeated) read as printers, not instruments - draw six distinct instruments; the "note" glyph is two blobs on a stem (reads as a bowtie) - use a standard eighth note; paths stop ~0.8in short of the note, the zigzag has a solid miter spike at its second peak and dips through the row separator - reuse the corrected path set from trace-the-rain 01m28tmjyycqfpmdnq2s | Same template as trace-the-rain v1 with the same path artifacts, plus unrecognizable theme art. | C |
| 01m1y0e0bncvby59wjsz | trace-the-rain | ITERATE | H | Zigzag row: solid miter spike at the second peak and valleys dip through the dashed row separator; all six paths stop ~0.25in short of the puddle - both already fixed in 01m28tmjyycqfpmdnq2s; close as superseded | Older render; the later version in this same queue is the keeper. | C |
| 01m261d7vq4ge44ac59y | trace-the-rain | ITERATE | H | Byte-identical (md5) to 01m1y0e0bncvby59wjsz - same spike, overshoot and short-path defects; superseded by 01m28tmjyycqfpmdnq2s | Duplicate of the older render. | C |
| 01m28tmjyycqfpmdnq2s | trace-the-rain | GOOD | H | - | Paths now meet the puddles and the zigzag stays inside its row with no spike; clouds and puddles legible; green start dots; bubble ("Go slowly, it is okay to lift and restart") is light but actionable for 3-4. | C |
| 01m1y0e0zkp9jf5nyyad | trace-the-shapes | GOOD | H | - | Three large closed shapes x3 with green starts and labels; bubble teaches "pencil down until you are back where you began"; heavy black dashes noted under patterns, not failed. | C |
| 01m1y0e1kkwjdvexa6dn | treasure-boxes | GOOD | H | - | Two 6x6 dot boards, rules a 7-year-old can read, points key and score box; footer math checks (20 + 4x3 + 5 = 37, odd so no tie); bubble is the classic third-side strategy. | C |
| 01m1y0e22nheqj8c51ja | une-la-palabra | GOOD | H | - | Four shuffled word/picture pairs, correct Spanish (Únela, mamá), bubble models syllable blending on ma-pa; the mamá illustration reads as an adult woman, fine. | C |
| 01m1y0e2knd189tq31eq | vocabulary-triangle | ITERATE | H | No matching challenge: each picture sits directly above its own two words and the triangle is pre-drawn in gray dashes, so the child only traces - shuffle the EN and ES word order across rows and drop the guide lines; bubble restates the instruction ("Une los tres puntos de cada fila...") - replace with a strategy (e.g. "Di la palabra en inglés, luego busca el animal y su nombre en español"); meta title "Vocabulary Triangle" (EN) vs rendered title "Triángulo de palabras" - align | Art and Spanish are clean, but as laid out the activity teaches nothing a caption under each picture would not. | C |
| 01m1y0e5r5sz10wjtdes | who-eats-what | GOOD | M | - | Four shuffled animal/snack pairs in clean line art with an actionable bubble; nits if it is ever reopened: the "worm" is drawn as a caterpillar (antennae, segments) and the bird's wing reads as a swoosh. | C |
| 01m1y0e6g9m63kfdzp4x | word-and-picture | GOOD | H | - | cat/dog/sun/bed shuffled against legible pictures; answer key and rhyme prompt correct; bubble is a touch-say-blend strategy. | C |
| 01m1y0e761kfs5ts3b5c | word-ladder | GOOD | H | - | All three ladders verified one letter per rung (PIG-PIN-PAN-CAN-CAT, HAND-BAND-BEND-BENT-TENT, COAT-COST-CAST-CASH-CASE) with clues that match; pill numerals in Short Stack ("Ladder 1" reads as "Ladder l") are the transitional house state per contract, not a finding. | C |
Patterns by slice
Slice A
Patterns (recurring across 3+ items). (1) Missing "Ray says" bubble on 5 of 22: color-and-match-baby-animals, color-the-fire-truck, color-the-whale, count-playground-balls, decorate-the-party-hat - every youngest-band page from the 2026-09-06/07 batch swaps the bubble for a "Grown-up:" line, and baby-animals carries critic_gate_state=passed, so the automated gate does not check for the bubble; if the founder rules the 2-3 template exempt, those five flip to GOOD. (2) Six of 22 rows are superseded or duplicate versions of the same item_ref (big-bigger-biggest v1; color-the-dino v1 and v2; two crack-the-code rows whose PDFs hash identical to the third) - the queue should dedupe on rendered-PDF hash and auto-close older versions. (3) Cut-and-glue sheets without a tear-off separator: big-bigger-biggest v1, cut-and-order, crack-the-code - the later templates (bedtime-routine-sequence, big-bigger-biggest v2) already carry the fix. (4) Code-drawn SVG art shows path-join artifacts (floating ladder and lines through wheels on the fire truck, stubs through the shell rim on the sea turtle, stroke overlaps on dino v1/v2) while raster-derived art (T. rex v3, baby animals) is clean.
Slice B
Patterns (slice B, recurring across 3+ items). (1) The Ray bubble is the weakest contract point: absent on both 2026-09-06 2_3 pages (drive-to-the-garage, match-the-music) and fortune-cookie on finish-the-train and puntos-en-la-mariquita, with fraction-pizza and magic-show-steps borderline; the youngest bands are where it slips, which is also where a parent most needs the one-line strategy. (2) Scribble-font numerals in badges and pills break the contract's conventional-shape rule on four pages: the "1" reads as "I" (fraction-pizza "I. Shade it", rhyme-lines "Part I") and the 4 and 6 badges on both draw-a-cat pages read as an open 4 and a G; one template fix (numerals in the rounded sans) clears all four. (3) Queue hygiene: five of the 22 rows are byte-identical previews of another row (descifra-el-codigo x3, laberinto-de-las-estrellas x2, md5-verified), so the reviewer is being asked for the same verdict three and two times; if the PDFs also match, collapse them. Not failed, noted: ES titles are inconsistent on case (three Title Case, one sentence case), which is the open founder question.
Slice C
Patterns (slice C, recurring across 3+ items). (1) Weak or missing Ray bubbles: absent on shape-rocket-colors (the ray slot was repurposed as a grown-up note), pure encouragement on spots-on-the-ladybug, instruction-restatement on vocabulary-triangle, and a borderline generic "Go slowly" shared by trace-the-music and all three trace-the-rain renders; the bubble is the least consistently enforced contract item in this slice. (2) Shared trace-path template defects: trace-the-music and trace-the-rain v1/v2 carry the identical six-path set with a miter spike at the zigzag's second peak, valleys crossing the row separator, and paths ending short of the target; trace-the-rain v3 (01m28tmjyycqfpmdnq2s) already has the corrected paths, so the fix is template reuse. (3) Duplicate reviews: rows 50/51 and 56/57 are md5-identical previews queued under different item versions; the queue does not dedupe on preview hash, so four of 22 rows are re-reads. (4) Trace targets printed in solid black (#000, 7px dashes) on silabas-de-m, trace-abc, trace-the-shapes and both trace templates; a pencil or crayon line vanishes on top of it. Failed only on silabas-de-m where letter density compounds it, but a mid-gray dash is the systemic fix. ES sentence-case titles are consistent across the four ES items and are noted, not scored. No pack/page schema remnants and no photorealistic children anywhere in the slice.
