Findings
- Paper works younger than labeled with a grown-up: a ~3-year-old finished a cut-and-order sheet labeled 5-6 per niece:20 (catalog: 7_8, stretch 5_6); six steps "a good number" (grandpa:18). Curation caps stretch picks at 2 of 6 (curate.js:17); the thin 5_6 English pool (3 in-band games) is escalation #24, not urgent for the 3_4 cohort kids (escalations:88).
- Kids keep the output: journal keepsake, "scribbles" as her word (niece:16,21-22). Not queued.
- Cohort test PARKED (queue:106) against niece:16 (she kept the output). Gap, not conflict: testers have only touched relayed paper (grammy:8; niece:14), while the grandparents' household is already on the daily-delivery rail (rounds:154; escalations:88) and his P0 (queue:248) is that delivery. On paper the carrot loop closed in 15 min (grammy:12).
- Two of four grandpa candidates shipped (queue:238); triangle and draw-an-animal (queue:144-145) unscheduled (rounds:165); draw-a-line rule (queue:180) absent from design-critic (0 hits).
