2026-09-08 — Big, Bigger, Biggest: crate label doesn't match the title
Founder, iMessage: "Vaughn was just doing this one and I noticed it seems like it should be big instead of small." Photo: 2026-09-08-vaughn-big-bigger-biggest.jpg (founder's own handwritten annotation on the printed sheet, circling "Big" in the title and the word "small" under the first crate, with an arrow: "should be big →").
Real bug, confirmed in source (content/games/big-bigger-biggest/, status: live): the title is "Big, Bigger, Biggest" (a clean one-word comparative progression), but every crate/label in the body uses "small, bigger, biggest" instead — a different word for the first tier that doesn't match the title's own vocabulary at all. Confirmed 3 instances of the crate label "small" in game.html (lines 96, 103, 110), plus "small" in the answer strip (line 135) and in meta.yaml's description (line 6). The "ask" question ("Which pumpkin is smallest?") uses the superlative of "small" too, for the same reason.
This is exactly the kind of small-but-real terminology-consistency defect a first-grader would notice on sight (reads "Big, Bigger, Biggest" at the top, then sees "small" as the first bin) — queued as a fix, see queue.md.
