What arrived

Four photos (photos/2026-09-03-niece-grandpa/IMG_8058, 8062, 8071, 8079.jpg) and the sister's note, relayed by the founder: "Look! She has been having fun with her scribbles and wanted to tape it into her journal ๐Ÿ˜Š thanks uncle ben!!" Founder: "We got pictures back from my niece playing the 'scribbles' as she called them." The founder's father is the adult in the photos; his written feedback came separately (iMessage 2026-09-03 20:45, "I liked the sequence building of the flower potting activity...").

Product signals (for the Sat cohort-synthesis review slot)

  1. Cut & Order works at ~3 with an adult โ€” the 5-6 lane label is conservative for this format when a grown-up runs it. Grandpa is the adult here; "who closes the loop" includes grandparents, not just parents (storyboard ruling 11-13 assumed the parent).
  2. Keepsake/journal is an unplanned motion. She taped the panels into a journal. Candidate: glue-in-sized panels by default, a "my scribbles journal" cover page, or a playset parent page that says "tape today's page in."
  3. The name stuck as a common noun โ€” "her scribbles." Worth keeping in copy: kids say scribbles, parents say playset.
  4. Newspaper as cutting mat โ€” the pack could ship a "what you need: scissors, glue stick, something to cut on" line on the parent page.
  5. Tracing sheet: crayon over dashed numerals works; the 3-4 lane holds.
