Capability picker and parent evidence — September 12, 2026

Synthetic data only. Preview exercised actual private D1 writes, corrections, history and a two-page printable; temporary household removed. The live model check used the existing generation budget and sent public eligible candidates, not a saved profile. Preview has no model token and tested fallback. Production migration proof covers schema only. No production child observations changed and no email sent.

Final production verification is recorded separately after deployment. Read the complete implementation boundaries in docs/LEARNING-FEEDBACK.md in the PR.

Website and review portal passed production verification for merged SHA 83512c106fb5e05a51f0db4b19e690e241fe4112. The live signed-in picker/check-in/history interface was observed without changing profile data. The new private endpoints deny anonymous requests. Daily activation remains under its existing safe-window guard until 20:47 UTC; final configuration/source proof follows.

Final: daily release 34717238179 passed, and independent provider readback verified all three source revisions. Daily schedule unchanged; delivery enabled; test recipient unset; retained-PDF download Worker unchanged. See production-final.json. #146 completed; #231 and #214 remain backlog.
