Account layout #179 — implementation evidence

Compared the original two-child mobile audit (../2026-09-11-household-journey/screenshots/account-two-mobile-viewport.png) and reviewed docs/audits/household-proposal.html against the implementation.

Observed locally with CUA

• 1440×900: Kids and delivery in parallel columns; account maintenance collapsed below. Final screenshot desktop-1440.png.
• 390×900: final two-child capture mobile-390.png; Kids document Y=355.48, delivery Y=1097.59. No horizontal overflow. The original audit measured approximately 1390/2864. Font/loading and browser viewport affect exact positions; this is layout evidence, not user research.
• 320×900: readable wrapped child actions, no document overflow, and portrait picker uses two columns (~92px per choice). mobile-320.png captures the primary layout. Final picker inspected after the CSS adjustment.
• 768×900: mobile task order and no horizontal overflow; tablet-768.png.
• Empty household: Add opens the child form directly; empty-add-320.png.
• One child: correct single row, ready state and no overflow.
• Plus: edited synthetic Nora to Nova and saved successfully; changed delivery hour from 7 to 8 and verified saved summary (delivery-saved-390.png).
• Free: delivery anchor opens controls but preserves disabled paid delivery (free-320.png).
• Error: Kids/delivery errors stay visible; closed settings announces Adults/portrait failure and keyboard opening exposes Retry.
• Keyboard: Edit focuses child name; Cancel returns to Edit. Settings summary opens with Enter. Mobile menu contains four destinations; Escape closes and returns focus to menu button.
• Direct /account/#delivery after reload: controls open and delivery top settled at viewport Y=166.23 on 320px, after children loaded.
• Help page inspected at 390px: printing guidance, household/delivery/account links, existing email support contact.

CI adds the 28 width/state combinations with reduced motion, sign-in destination preservation, non-lead permission checks and existing mutation/recovery cases. PR and issue contain CI/deployment evidence. Daily-email template anchor is source-tested but production activation remains under #150/#169.

CI evidence

PR CI https://github.com/RayDataCo/scribble-works/actions/runs/34667674877 passed both jobs at branch SHA b7d8f04ed0e4eee711105d34e5299c8519e3886e. Literal browser results: all header/drawer account checks passed; all account-kids checks passed. Log contains 507 passing layout assertions and 432 passing recovery assertions. Merged PR #186 produced main SHA 4f1730e6104512fb0de66c9df34c4400bc2ca777.

Production verification

Main CI 34667884935 and website release 34668039961 succeeded. Cloudflare deployment 74ab06f9-88c0-48f4-a382-1091a5ad5b03 serves the exact clean main commit 4f1730e6104512fb0de66c9df34c4400bc2ca777. Read-only HTTP checks passed Home, Browse, Account, Help, Planner, anonymous identity, PDF bytes, production Turnstile and layout/recovery markup. The existing live signed-in household had all four sections ready; maintenance was initially closed, delivery/account disclosures opened, and the direct delivery destination showed its controls. Deployed account screenshot inspected in CUA without saving private household evidence. No live mutations or emails.

Temporary fixture server stopped, audit tab closed and viewport override reset. Existing game tab preserved. Daily Worker activation is still pending under #150/#169; #179 remains open for that acceptance.
