Scribble Works roadmap additions, first pass (2026-09-12)
Founder asked Ray to own roadmap + issue shaping. This is the first pass: gaps between what the roadmap/issues track and what the studio escalations, nightly reviews, and ARCHITECTURE known-debts say. Nothing here is written to GitHub yet.
Roadmap idiom: docs/ROADMAP.md keys items SW-R01..R11, each an outcome with completion criteria, tagged Now/Next/Later and a role, linked to an issue, slotted into one of three milestones (Dependable current product / Better weekly household use / Ready for wider pilot).

Stale / conflicting, retire or fix
- queue.md "NEXT ROUND BIAS 7-10 ONLY" superseded (7-8 lane now matches 5-6).
- queue.md "admin review queue" spec-ask: review portal live since PR 108.
- queue.md "[ops] after founder fixes Email Routing perms": done 09-02.
- ROADMAP.md "does not enable deployment workflows": contradicted by PRs 165/167/170.
- ARCHITECTURE.md §7 self-flags dated infra snapshots; cleanup pass before R03 closes.

Now: A, E, K, J. Next: B, C, D, G, H. Later: F, I, L.
Once the founder picks, Ray writes each as an SW-R## row in ROADMAP.md plus a GitHub issue with completion criteria, dependencies, and an implementation sketch, on a branch + PR.
