CAF Success Metrics (founder-relayed, 2026-06-16)
The goals CAF is being measured against. Two now, two more once the framework scales. Recorded per founder's request — this is a goals record, not an instrumentation plan. Measurement / how-to-track is explicitly deferred (founder's call, 2026-06-16: "we just want to get those goals written down, don't need an instrumentation plan yet").
The four metrics
Current (measured now):
- Booked meeting — did the tailored assessment/demo land a booked meeting?
- Feedback — what resonated, and what gets promoted back to the general catalog.
Future (once scaled): 3. Accelerated deal cycle — baseline ~90 days; anything shorter is a win. 4. FDE SOWs signed — assessment → signed Forward-Deployed-Engineer SOW.
Deferred (not now)
Instrumentation / how-to-measure is parked. One observation worth keeping for whenever it's picked back up: metric 2 ("promoted back to the general catalog") is the reverse direction of the tailored→generic lineage already in the ERD (generic_parent_id). Revisit when scaling, not before.
