The spec is written and passed its vault gate. Everything the render needs (figure set, colors, layout, picker, playset tie-in) is settled by the design contract. What is left are eight product calls where Ray filled in a default so the build can start the moment you tap. Each default is marked Ray proposal in the spec; two of them (1 and 2) shape the migration, so they are the ones worth a real look. Accept all in one tap, or answer them one at a time below.
Ray builds the portrait exactly as specced: entered household name, adult first-name field, S/M/L derived from birth date with the null-band rule, grandmother tile, row-of-houses switcher, kid figure on the playset title page, "schoolhouses" noted only.

The home has the household name across the top, like 'the Wilson's' and then you have a stick figure family each with a name over them 'Ben', 'mimonga' etc. You can pick between different stick figure drawings for adult man, adult female, grandparent, child male, child female (maybe small medium large size for the kids) and then each one could have their choice of color."
iMessage · 09:31 ET"Yes. Thats the right place to switch households (or schoolhouses once we get there). Maybe the name of the household is the dropdown switcher."
Each card: Ray's default, the one-line tradeoff, then two taps. Accept default sends the default as-is. Other sends whatever you type in the box (or just "other" if the box is empty, and Ray follows up).
Ray's default: a typed household name (household_profiles.display_name, default "Our house"). Nothing derives "the Wilson's" from a last name because no last name is stored anywhere, for adults or kids, and the spec keeps it that way.
Tradeoff: one more field on /account, versus a roof that could never read "the Wilson's" without asking for a surname we decided not to collect.
Ray's default: adult_profiles.display_name, a first name, 1–40 characters like a kid's, nullable; until typed, the figure is labelled by role word ("Lead" / "Adult"). The email's local part is never used as a name.
Tradeoff: one optional field, versus an adult labelled "Lead" until they type; the only no-field alternative (the email prefix) prints part of the address on the drawing.
Ray's default: under 30 months draws S, over 10 draws L, so a figure never vanishes for lack of a band. Alternative in the spec: one kid size until S/M/L is decided (decision 4).
Tradeoff: a rule nobody notices until a toddler or a big kid joins, versus a figure that simply does not draw for them.
Ray's default: keep the three sizes, derived from the birth date already on file (3–4 = S, 5–6 = M, 7–10 = L). No size setting in the picker.
Tradeoff: kids grow on the drawing by themselves with nothing to maintain, versus no override when a tall four-year-old wants to be M; one size drops the question entirely.
Ray's default: a grandmother tile beside the grandfather, making six figure kinds instead of your five.
Tradeoff: one more tile and a six-value check in the table, versus every grandmother drawn as a grandfather.
Already confirmed by your 09:31: the house is the switcher and the roof name becomes the dropdown of household names with role badges. Still open, Ray's default: with more than one membership, a row of small houses stands above the portrait (current one highlighted, tap to switch), and it replaces r5's "Your households" card. r5's endpoints stay the data source either way.
Tradeoff: one fewer card on /account and the switch stays inside the drawing, versus a second control that does the same job as the dropdown; declining leaves the dropdown alone, which satisfies 09:31 on its own.
Ray's default: the kid's figure, in their color, top-right of the parent strip on page 1 of the packaged PDF, 0.9in tall, name beneath in the scribble font. Ink-light by construction; the wordmark stays in the footer.
Tradeoff: a small "that's me" on paper every day, versus changing the printed page a returning visitor already gets, which the studio charter says you confirm rather than Ray.
Ray's default: read "or schoolhouses once we get there" as classrooms becoming a future household kind. Nothing is built for it now; it is written into the spec so the household tables are not shaped in a way a classroom could not wear later.
Tradeoff: none today, since nothing ships; the only cost of a wrong reading is a table shape we would rename later.
Name the numbers you want changed and what to instead (e.g. "4: one size; 7: screen only"). Everything not named is accepted as default.
