Phase 0 of the HQ dashboard build (board-sync + cadence chip rail) is done and re-confirmed twice. The one remaining piece — draining ~/.claude/state/async-decision-queue.json into /check-board's routine — needs either a founder-granted permission rule (writes outside the hq-raydata-co repo currently hit the auto-mode classifier) or a manual SKILL.md edit in an interactive session. Two smaller founder steps also sit behind it: setting NOTION_TOKEN + NOTION_BOARD_DATABASE_ID, and a manual click-through test of the cadence chip rail.
