raydata.co website redo — promote preview to production?

Full SDLC is done: PRD → tech plan → implementation (7 pages) → mechanical review → visual QA (Playwright screenshots at 3 viewports) → deployed to preview. Screenshots were sent via iMessage back in April. Nothing has shipped to production because this never got a click-back — it's been sitting Blocked with no way to close the loop.

This is the raydata.co website redo — the umbrella site, 7 pages built through proper SDLC. All build stages are complete and reviewed; the only open item is founder sign-off before Ray promotes the Vercel preview to the production domain.
