Data Dots landing page redo — promote preview to production?

Full SDLC is done: PRD → tech plan → implementation → mechanical review → visual QA (Playwright, desktop + mobile) → deployed to preview. Screenshots were sent via iMessage back in April. Nothing has shipped to production because this never got a click-back — it's been sitting Blocked with no way to close the loop.

This is the Data Dots landing page redo — the newsletter's lead-gen surface. All build stages are complete and reviewed; the only open item is founder sign-off before Ray promotes the Vercel preview to the production domain.
