hq.raydata.co PR #3 — merge to ship Phase 3.5 single-login UX

Phase 3.5 ships single-login via Pages Function proxy + service token. PR #3 awaiting founder merge — auto-deploys to prod on merge via GitHub Actions.

Context

PR #3 (github.com/RayDataCo/hq-raydata-co/pull/3) consolidates the single-login UX. Pages Function proxy forwards /api/* to hq-api.raydata.co with a Cloudflare Access service token attached. Verified on preview deploy: one OTP login, all six panes load.

This is a self-merge call. APPROVE = merge. Everything downstream of hq.raydata.co (Phase 4, Phase B bet-stack UI, weekly-bet-review, scaffold-mac-sc-yamls) is gated on this.
