Source: Vending-Bench research brief 2026-05-01. Project Vend's #1 affordance is async-human-extension via email. RDCO can do the same with a founder-gated variant.

Spec: draft → deliver to founder via iMessage + Gmail draft → founder sends → Ray watches Gmail for reply → routes signal back. State-file schema at ~/.claude/state/email-loops/<loop-id>.json.

NO autonomous send. Founder may relax later. Approve = build to spec; split = approve part of the pattern.
